This quote is saying that we should CTR in our life and dont ever do something that is right cause it can put you in a bad place like in jail or somewhere you will not like. For example if you see a person tagging in somebody wall you should get up and tell them hey that is not good for you to be tagging in somebody wall. They should know that their on consquences in life for people that do wrong in life.
