This is saying that you can’t tell someone to do something for you and you get all the credit for it just because someone else did it for you. Like for example; if I was to tell a girl to do my homework I’m basically not learning anything because I’m just telling someone to do my homework and I’m going to get the credit for someone else’s work. That's why it's always best to do stuff on your own instead of someone doing it for you. Its ok for someone to give you or help you out but they wont do it for you.
