Its saying that even though we are scared of something that we should at least do whats right. That even means that if you are scared of something big or small try to go and concur your fear and don't let anyone stop you. For example if you are scared of a clown don't let fear take over your own body try to concur it so you wont be afraid of it no more. It only take courage to get it away from it. So remember don't let fear control you or take over your body nor life.
