Reflection:

   In this quote he means that it is better to suffer or go through difficulties when doing what is right than to not do the right thing since our conscience will always be bothering us. I agree with this quote because your conscience will always remind you of what you have done wrong while hardships are temporary. These difficulties are temporary and after them you can bask in your glory of your own triumph. That victory could always remind you that it is possible to have success and you should always strive for it.
