Duties and
responsibilities:
Biomedical equipment
technician inspect, maintain, and repair different types of medical equipment
used to diagnose and treat disease. They perform safety checks and train
practitioners to safety operate equipment. Biomedical equipment technology has
been one of the fastest growing medical career fields in recent years.
Average salary:
$20,000- $38,000
Educational
requirements:
Students should
take challenging science, math, and electronics courses in high school.
Following
high school, biomedical equipment technicians complete on to three years of
courses work in biomedical equipment technology, medical-electronics, or
biomedical-engineering. Most programs lead to certification and/or associate
degrees. Some employers will hire electronics technicians and provide
on-the-job biomedical technology training.

All biomedical engineers have at least a bachelor degree in engineer.
Many have advanced graduate degrees as well. Courses of study include a sound
background in mechanical, chemical or industrial engineers and specialized
biomedical training. Most programs last from four to six years and all states
require biomedical engineers to pass examinations and be licensed.

College athlete honesty caught on security camera
There were
four college guys that were going into the store to buy some snacks. The four
guys thought that the store was open because the door was unlocked and the
lights were on. The boys thought that the person that owns the store was dead
so they proved to the security camera that they were not braking/ stealing so
they left the money for the stuff they bought. The reason they thought that the
store was open because the light were on and the door was unlocked. A few days
later the people that own the store gave all four of the guys a 50 dollars gift
cards they boys were really shocked.

Requirements:
Students should
take the most challenging high school courses (including AP courses) available
in science, math and English.
After three or
four years of college, prospective physicians must attend medical school.
Undergraduate requirements for admission to all medical school include one year
of basic chemistry, one year of organic chemistry, one year of biology, and one
year of physic. Some medical schools also require course work in calculus,
English, the humanities, or social science.
Medical school
usually includes two years of additional study in both basic and clinical
sciences and is followed by a year-long hospital internship. Physicians who
want to specialize must then undertake a three-year residency in their
specialty.
