Nursing home administrator

Duties and responsibilities

Nursing home administrators plan and direct operations of nursing homes and long-term care facilities. They supervise personnel, medical, and nursing administration. Most of them work in nursing homes, but few of them work for large corporations that control many facilities. Others are involved in teaching and researching.
Average salary:

$40,000 - $55,000
Educational requirement:

Students should take more challenging courses in high school like business, science, math and English. Most requirements differ, but most states require nursing home administrators to have a bachelor’s degree at least in nursing home, to complete an additional internship program, and to pass a comprehensive examination.

I think I would like to be a nursing home administrator because its always nice to help people and care for them. then I wouldn't like to be that.

Gordon B. Hinckley

Student success statement
“Try a little harder to be a little better.”
Gordon B. Hinckley

I think what he is trying to say is that if you try your best to do something then you will get the hang of it just by you trying your best over and over again. Its always good to try something you like or want to get good at. For example say you like to watch a basketball game and you want to play it but dont know how to play basketball. You can always try to play basketball and and try until you get a lot better at playing basketball. This quote tells a lot that can help people try something new and they probably like it too.

"its not the will to win, but the will to prepare to win that makes the difference."
        paul bear bryant
this quote of paul bryant is trying to say that even though if you try to win nothing will happen but if you keep practicing and practicing for you to win the game you will win all the way and it will make a whole difference then i will try to win then believing in yourself and making it come true. For example if i was playing a game with someone and i kept i will try to win that just saying to myself that im going to see if i win or lose, but if i believe in myself and say im going to win then im for sure going to win all the way no matter what happens. thats what i think what this quote is saying in my mind.
